The spirit of Aloha and ancient Kahuna wisdom beautifully entwine to create a powerful and holistic bodywork. Lomi Lomi, known also as Huna massage, works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, nurturing the body. Unable to anticipate the movements, the recipient is enabled to surrender deeply and simply be. The long continuous strokes help release tensions and any unhelpful patterns stored within the body‘s cells, clearing blockages, whilst at the same time giving the energy new direction.

A sacred trust is forged between the giver and the receiver through loving touch and compassionately focussed intention. The practitioner’s focus on the client is deep and complete, using a loving heart alongside loving hands.

Hawaiian massage is a full body oil massage with most of the body exposed whilst a sarong and loin cloth is placed to maintain the recipient’s modesty.

A traditional Lomi Lomi is a minimum of 90 minutes and is recommended to receive a deeper and more complete experience.
